Using the Configuration screen you can add Connections to databases that have Table Sets, Tables and Fields (table columns).

  • Connections contain the servername, databasename and login information required to connect to the database.
  • Table Sets contain a set of tables that belong together. This way you can split up large database in several groups for reporting purposes. They also contain the information on the reports. Every TableSet has it’s own reports.
  • Tables contain information about the table itself and all the Fields (columns) in that table.

Click on Tools / Configuration to open the Configuration screen and select the tab you need.
