Export Results to File

If you click on “Export Results to File”, the following screen appears:

The export will use the name of the report as file name and optionally add the current date to it. If no report name is available the name of the first table in the report is used.

XML File	Standard XML file export. All values are first converted to text to prevent DBNull values.
Excel 2007 File	Standard export to Excel (xlsx). Datatypes from the query are retained.
Excel 2007 Text File	All data is converted to text first and next exported to Excel.
