You can use Sequenchel to monitor the space used by your databases. In the section SQL Monitoring you can see how to configure a job to execute this procedure. You can also configure that different database sizes should trigger different growth rates.
- Minimum Percentage Growth: Datafiles with a smaller growth rate in percentages will be reported. The default for MS SQL (logfiles) is usually 10%. If you set this to 11% or higher, all default files will be reported.
- Minimum Percentage Free Space: This value is only for large databases above the Upper
- Limit. If a database has less free space, it will be reported.
